Prof. Dr. Jan Menne, M.D.
serves as the managing director of the company and department head for metabolic diseases and hypertension. He studied medicine in Berlin and Boston (USA) with a DAAD fellowship. After graduation he worked in different teaching hospitals in Berlin, Leeds (UK) and Hannover and has specialised in internal medicine and nephrology. Since 1999, he is focused in the physiological analysis of animal models with diabetes and hypertension.

Dr. Nelli Shushakova, Ph.D.
serves as Director of Science of the company overlooking all customer projects. She studied biology and has a broad experience in animal experiments, molecular biology and immunology.

Prof. Dr. Faikah Gueler, M.D.
is the head of the department of transplantation and ischemia-reperfusion injury. She is assistant professor for molecular mechanisms of transplant dysfunction in the department of internal medicine at the Medical School Hannover. She studied medicine in Berlin and did a postdoctoral fellowship at the Max-Delbrück-Center for Molecular medicine, Berlin-Buch in the group of Carmen Birchmeier. She has a broad experience in the field of animal research and established several transplantation models in mice.
